The lounge area at 1540 Broadway provides quiet, elevated breakout spaces, additional desk space, and soft seating. Thoughtfully curated refreshments and snacks are available from the connecting pantry.
Hit the links without leaving the building and try a few holes on the golf simulator, a fun new addition to the lounge floor at 1540. Interior design that fosters connection.
GYM
Situated on the 8th floor, the brand-new gym offers state-of-the-art equipment including exercise bikes, running machines, ellipticals, free weights and yoga equipment.
Conference Center
The conference center can seat up to 100 people, and has a dividing wall which can create two separate, smaller rooms if required. Additional functional space includes a board room with a large conference table and chairs, and further break-out space, ideal for workshops and meetings. All conferencing space is bookable through the building.
